The third Annual Scientific Quality Congress, took place again this year in Dubai, UAE. The Conference tackled the issues of Total Quality implementations in the UAE, where the debate highlighted the importance of quality to measure the success of institutions and organizations. The conference also featured presentations ranging from “Maintaining Quality Reputation” to “Strategies for sustainable development of business excellence. A major highlight of the event was the annual presentation of the Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award, organized by the Virtual Executive Club (VEC) at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University.
